Build for the realities of the continent.
We are a small team in Accra. The problems are concrete: a payment that has to succeed on a 3G connection, an integration that has to survive a provider going down mid-transaction, a reconciliation that has to balance when two systems disagree about what happened.
- 01
Small team, whole problems.
Everyone ships to production. You will own a feature from the first conversation with the people who use it to the metric that says it worked.
- 02
Built for the connection people have.
Coverage is uneven and connections drop mid-request. We measure on the networks our users are on, at the hours they are on them.
- 03
Infrastructure that survives.
Rails fail, networks drop, providers change their APIs without notice. Building for that reality is most of the job.
